Travel Plans user guide

Travel Plans is your agency's back office. Use it to plan trips, send quotations and track every rupee in one place.

Everything in the system follows one path, from a customer's first call to the final payment:

    A[Customer] --> B[Inquiry]
    B --> C[Itinerary]
    C --> D[Package<br/>and costing]
    D --> E[Quotation]

Each step is built from the one before it, so you never type the same details twice.

  5. Send the quotation

    Click Generate quotation on the package. Add a discount and GST, then share it by WhatsApp, email or PDF. See Quotations.

  6. Accept it when the customer agrees

  7. Collect payments

    Record the advance and later payments, and download receipts. The outstanding balance updates by itself. See Payments and Customer Ledger.
